Welcome to the Mothers' Garden website!

Mothers’ Garden is a historic five acre tribute to Baltimore’s Moms located at the NW corner of Clifton Park (navigate to 3205 Harford Road). It was established in 1926 at a dedication ceremony that attracted over 6000 people. It features original stone structures connected by garden stairways and planted paths with benches and hilltop views to offer visitors a peaceful refuge from city life. The Friends of Mothers’ Garden Association is a 501(c)(3) charity helping community volunteers, donors and partners preserve, improve, enjoy, and celebrate the garden in honor of our Mothers.

May 8, 2020 - Regrettably, due to COVID-19, we will not be hosting our annual Mothers Day Event this year.  However we still encourage you to submit your poems about Mothers, Caretakers and/or Gardens.  It is an especially poignant time to recognize those that care for us, and people and places that simply make us feel better.  Take care Baltimore!
